Condo A and D are in
the front of the building and sit a few feet behind the beach house.
Condo A is on the first floor, which is above the parking garage,
Condo D is above that. The first picture is an actual picture
taken from Unit D. The views from either condo are
fantastic, but D is exceptional because it sits well above the house
and all the surrounding trees so you experience a completely
unobstructed panoramic view of the Gulf. The condos are steps
from the Gulf, just do down the elevator and then a few steps to
your private walkway to the beach.
The Main House
The Main House
of the complex sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico and has
its own private walkway to the beach. This unit has
windows all around it so you get a spectacular Gulf view
from every angle. This unit has been recently updated
with a full Granite kitchen and bathrooms. All the
furnishings including the beds are new. You will not
be disappointed .
Condo B and E
Units B and E
are in the middle of the building and each have great views
of the Gulf. Unit B is on the first floor, which is
above the parking garage, and Unit E is above that.
The first photo below was taken from the balcony in Unit E,
which sits well above the houses and trees. Each are
configured exactly the same and offer the same amenities.

Condo C
Condo C is on
the back of the unit and spans 2 floors. It has views
of the bay across the street as well as the Gulf of Mexico
in back. This unit has 1 King bed with private full
bath and 1 Queen bed with private full bath. It also
offers a half bath off the kitchen. A Queen Aerobed is provided with this unit so that it can accommodate

Beach House South
The Beach
House South sits on a double lot located directly on the
Gulf of Mexico. It is a two story house with 3
bedrooms, 2 full baths, and deck that spans the entire
exterior of the house. The top pictures are of the
master bedroom located on the top floor. The other
bedrooms are located on the first floor. The water
pictures are taken directly from the deck of the house.
The
Cottage
The Cottage is
a private house next door to the Beach House Complex.
It has its own walkway to the Gulf, along with its own deck
both on the roof of the house and down near the Gulf.
The house has 2 bedrooms, one king and one queen, plus 2
full baths. There is a 50" plasma in the living room
along with TV's in both bedrooms.
