• $1,000 down payment is required to book your rental.  This amount must be paid within 7 days.
• If a reservation is cancelled within 60 days of arrival you will lose your deposit of $500.  The security deposit of $500 will be returned.
• The remainder of the amount due must be paid within 30 days of arrival.
